Rajasthan's lone minister in the Narendra Modi government, Ganganagar MP Nihal Chand Meghwal, was on Thursday summoned by a district court in Jaipur to appear in a rape case in which the minister and 17 others are charged.br Additional district judge Prem Prakash Gupta issued notices to all those charged under the case - first registered as an FIR in the city's Vaishali Nagar police station in 2011 by the rape victim's husband - to be present before the court by August 20.
