In a defence of Goa PWD minister Sudin Dhavalikar's comment made on Tuesday that there should be a ban on women going to pubs in short dresses, the Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar took a stance in favour of Dhavalikar, saying that the media is deliberately twisting Dhavalikar's words. br Parrikar clarified the statement saying, "What Dhavalikar told me, is not offensive at all, but the media has a reputation of twisting politicians' statements.
