A special CBI court today rejected the agency's closure report giving clean chit to controversial minister Raja Bhaiyya in Kunda Deputy Superintendent of Police, Zia-ul-Haq's murder case, and directed it to further investigate the matter.br br The order was passed by Special Judicial Magistrate (CBI) Shraddha Kumari on an application filed by Parveen Azad, wife of the slain DySP.
