The remarks were made with an ulterior motive," RSS functionary Rajesh Kunte told. "His allegation that RSS workers killed Mahatma Gandhi was against the judicial verdict," he claimed. Advocate Ganesh Dalghalkar, who is appearing for Kunte, said, "Rahul has to appear in court on October 7.
