The Calcutta High Court on Wednesday will give its verdict on the stay of registration of FIR against Trinamool Congress MP Tapas Pal for his 'rape and shoot' comments. br br A division bench comprising Justice Girish Gupta and Justice T Chakraborty had heard the case earlier this month and had reserved its judgment till August 13. br br The bench had extended the stay till August 14 on the execution of a single bench order directing registration of an FIR and CID probe against Pal for his objectionable comments against women.
