The Supreme Court has heard its verdict on the validity of the Aadhar Card. The high court has termed the base constitutionally valid with certain conditions. Aadhar for mobile and bank accounts is not necessary. Recognizing the basis of the scheme with the conditions of the Center, the court said that this does not neglect the right of privacy.
