Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday evening joined the Dussehra celebrations at Subhash Maidan here along with several other top leaders.br President Pranab Mukherjee, Vice President Mohammad Hamid Ansari, former prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan were among those present on the occasion.
