The Allahabad High Court on Friday stayed the execution order of Nithari killings convict, Surinder Koli, till November 25 and has sought a reply from the Centre and the Uttar Pradesh government over it.br On Tuesday, the Supreme Court, in the first open court hearing of the review petition of death sentence cases, had cleared the decks for Koli's execution after it dismissed his plea seeking a review of the judgment.
