Election Commission on Tuesday issued notice to AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal for instigating public to take bribes from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Congress. br br The notice was sent on a complaint from Congress Legal Department Secretary KC Mittal alleging deliberately and intentionally instigaing the public during a public rally on January 18 at Uttam Nagar. br br Kejriwal on Sunday stirred a controversy by asking voters to take money from both the parties but vote for AAP in the Delhi Assembly elections.
