In a horrific incident, two people were killed when a water tanker travelling at a high speed mowed down pedestrians and a stationary motorcycle at a traffic light near the Esteem Mall on the Bangalore International Airport Road on Thursday afternoon.br br The whole incident was captured in a CCTV camera located near the site.
