A senior Congress MLA in Karnataka has written a letter to the Chief Minister Siddaramaiah demanding a circular be sent to bureaucrats, asking them to save the phone numbers of legislators on their phone, claiming that he has the backing of several other MLAs. KB Koliwad wants the Government to issue an order that would stop short of putting bureaucrats in beck and call of MLAs.
