AAP: The state government on Saturday appointed 21 members of Delhi Legislative Assembly as parliamentary secretaries to the ministers of Delhi. One secretary has been appointed in each of the departments. They will be administered an oath in the presence of chief minister Arvind Kejriwal in the coming week.
