In an exclusive interview Ex-Law Minister. HR Bhardwaj has blamed his former colleague A Raja for subversively adding the section 66(A) to gag freedom of speech. He claimed that Raja wanted to protect family honor on the back of certain uncomfortable elevations hence forced the cabinet.
