UP'S honest officer, Surya Pratap Singh, who was transferred six times in the last one and a half years has decided not to go silently. He's joined protesting teachers who have refused to take up evaluation of UP Board answer-sheets. Singh is currently Principal Secretary, Public Enterprises.
