New Delhi: Five police personnel including four women officers, were on Saturday suspended for beating up two women accused of theft by their employer, police said.br br Sub-Inspector Rajbir Singh, of the South Rohini police station, picked up the women from their house and took them to the police station. There, he along with four women constables - Sarita, Mamta, Lakshmi and Shagun - beat them up in a bid to make them confess to the crime, police said.
