Italian marine Massimiliano Latorre, who is accused of killing two Indian fishermen in 2012, moved the Supreme Court on Tuesday seeking an extension of stay in Italy by another three months on medical grounds.br br A bench led by Justice A R Dave agreed to hear on Thursday the application by Latorre, who was in January allowed to stay in his country till April 13 with the government supporting his plea on “humanitarian ground”.
