A high-powered commission of inquiry is all set to investigate the land deals in Haryana during the Bhupinder Singh Hooda-led Congress regime. To be headed by a retired judge, it will focus especially on the cases involving Congress president Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra.
