A Dalit wedding procession attacked, pelted with stones by a mob of 100 in Madhya Pradesh. The reason: the alleged upper class village could not tolerate the flamboyance of Dalit's wedding procession. The groom pre-empted the strike and was forced to remove his turban to wear a helmet to ward off the attack. 6 of his party members were injured in the attack while cops have arrested 27 villagers.
