Police have filed for a non-bailable case against mayor Sovan Chatterjee's niece Debapriya Chatterjee and four of her friends for abusing police officers after two accidents near Rashbehari crossing on Friday night. Debapriya has lodged a counter-complaint of 'police harassment'.
