There is massive outrage over CBSE's latest diktat of 6 working days for teachers and students of class 6th to 8th. CBSE has directed all schools to function 6 hours 10 minutes each day for six days a week. In addition to this, CBSE has also directed that tecahers be retained after school for an additional 1 hour 20 minutes six days a week. This extra time has to be used for planning, preparation, feedback and other follow-up works of the schools.
