Speaking at a public function, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar promised to ban liquor in the state but he put a condition on it. Only if the state's population re-elects him as their CM, will he deliver on the promise. Liquor addiction is a growing problem in the state with many demanding a resolution but the CM's condition has drawn opposition's ire which demands to know why can't the CM implement his promise now if he is so concerned about the public's welfare.
