Accusing the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Government of appointing people on the basis of friendship and not merit, senior advocate Abha Singh on Wednesday said that Swati Maliwal has done nothing substantial in women rights activism to be appointed as the next Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chief.
