The issue of abduction of a 14-year-old girl Tuktuki Mondal for human trafficking in West Bengal has lead to massive outrage. Two months after she was abducted, Tuktuki still remains untraced. The police have made no breakthrough in tracing her through a fair probe into her mysterious disappearance. Meanwhile, the West Bengal unit of BJP have begun a sit-in protest demanding rescue of Tuktuki. This has lead to a mega political face-off with TMC calling it a PR stunt. But the BJP is firm and has formed a 3-member panel that will visit the girl's village today.
