Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley who have headed to Jammu today are scheduled to participate in the centenary celebrations of Jammu and Kashmir leader Girdhari Lal Dogra. He paid tribute to late leader of Jammu and Kashmir Dogra and said that he lived an extraordinary life.
