In a blow to Salman Khan, the Supreme Court has accepted for hearing a PIL challenging the Bombay High Court’s order to grant bail to the actor in the 2002 hit-and-run case. The actor who is currently enjoying the success of his recent film ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ was given bail in the case on 8 May, after he was awarded a suspended 5-year sentence.
