In fresh trouble for the ruling Aam Aadmi Party, Delhi Police have booked party MLA from Delhi Cantonment Surinder Singh, his driver and an employee for allegedly abusing and beating up a worker of the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) on Tuesday evening.
