15 year old boy Santosh Reddy Abbapur area, Dharmaram Mandal committed suicided yesterday early morning at pedapalli railway track. Because he was asked to pay 10,000 Rs - School fees. He payed half of the amount. As he couldnt pay the rest of the amount - his teacher punished him. He couldnt bear the embarrassment, he left a suicide selfie video to his parents and suicided there after.
