The Central Bureau of Investigation on Monday moved an application before a magistrate's court here seeking permission to interrogate Indrani Mukherjea, her former husband Sanjeev Khanna and driver Shyamvar Rai, accused in the Sheena Bora murder case. The court will hear the matter on Tuesday as all the lawyers were not present in court.
