Six students of a reputed college got suspended for allegedly organising a ‘Beef Fest’ as a sign of protest against the beef lynching murder case in Dadri district of Uttar Pradesh.br br The management of Sree Keralavarma College told that the action was taken against the students for violating the disciplinary rules of the college. br br The students had asked for permission from the management for conducting the fest, which was refused on the grounds that the college was a pure vegetarian college, which does not allow non-vegetarian dishes inside the campus.
