Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has launched a scathing attack on the Ex-UPA Minister Kapil Sibal. Jaitley said that there was an attempt to target the NDA by including the late Pramod Mahajan as a deceased accused in 2002 additional Spectrum Allocation Case. Not only that, he also said that it was at Kapil Sibal's behest that a retired judge was asked to make a fabricated chargesheet.
