Shiv Sena MP from the city, Chandrakant Khaire, has landed in a controversy after he was caught on camera hurling abuses at a tehsildar after a demolition drive in an industrial area near here. The incident took place last evening in Waluj MIDC area around 15 kms from the city. The MP was apparently peeved over the pulling down of temples during the demolition drive.
