The Arvind Kejriwal government is expected to table the Lokpal Bill in the Delhi Assembly today. The Bill is mired in controversy ever since Prashant and Shanti Bhushan attacked the AAP government of trying to defraud the people of the capital since Kejriwal's version of the Lokpal is diluted and makes the ombudsman subservient to the state government.
