There is no respite from rain for the people of Chennai as heavy showers lashed the city once again yesterday. More than 10,000 people have been rescued so far by the the Army and the NDRF. But many are still marooned. However flight operations will partially resume today at the Chennai Airport, which will provide a much needed boost for the relief efforts.
