Mumbai: The Central Bureau of Investigation has filed a chargesheet to build a case of abetment to suicide against actor Sooraj Pancholi in the Jiah Khan death case. The next hearing in the matter will take place on January 18, 2016.br br A CBI special court in Mumbai took cognizance of the chargesheet. Sooraj was present in the court when the chargesheet was filed.
