Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the Central government on petitioner Subramanian Swamy petition praying that the Delhi rape case juvenile convict should not be released.br Swamy said the juvenile has been radicalized according to IB reports. The court has now asked the Centre to file the Intelligence Bureau (IB) report in a sealed cover.
