Tension has been building up in Dhar on 'Basant Panchami' after right-wing organizations demanded that Hindus be allowed "dawn-to-dusk" access to perform puja at Bhojshala, despite the ASI order allowing Muslims to offer namaaz as well. But with the authorities intervention, friday nawaz was peacefully held, while havan was carried out on the doorstep of the mosque uninterrupted.
