The Budget 2016 session of Parliament will start on Tuesday. Issues like JNU student union leader arrest, Rohit Vermula's suicide and Pathankot terror strike set to dominate the proceedings. Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan has called for all party meeting on Monday. The all party meeting will start tomorrow evening where Lok Sabha members will be present including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and leaders of Opposition.
