Had a short vacation at Siem Reap, Cambodia last November 2015. I spent around $300 usd for the whole trip including the airfare and accomodations. Overall, it was a fun trip but I would suggest to consider making this a sidetrip when you're in Thailand since there's nothing really much to do after you visit the temples.
