A senior PAS leader today downplayed acting Umno president Mohamad Hasan's reported plans to form a unity government in the four states currently governed by BN and PAS.PAS vice-president Iskandar Samad said it is "too early" for the two parties to discuss such a proposal, as preparations are being made to face the upcoming Rantau by-election.
