Awestruck tourists are among the privileged observers at a roundabout near the Champs Elysees and Eiffel Tower, where six new fountains - made from crystal and bronze - were installed and in operation ahead of their official inauguration on March 21. The fountains were designed by brothers Erwan and Ronan Bouroullec and fully financed by private donors.
