The St. Patrick's Day Parade has taken over the streets of New York City today (March 16), and featured Mayor Bill de Blasio marching with police and other servicemen through the streets. br br Bagpipers played in some parade sections, while mounted police and hundreds of law enforcement officers appeared to represent the NYPD in the march along Fifth Avenue.
