Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s nearly two-year-long investigation did not find that President Donald Trump or his campaign conspired with Russia, US Attorney General William Barr said. Mueller’s team also did not draw any conclusions on whether the president obstructed the investigation. In response, Trump said the findings were a “complete and total exoneration”.
