A fisherman was charged with murdering a woman at a Magistrates Court here on Friday.br br 55-year-old Ali Ahmad was charged with murdering Surinder Kaur Bedi, 37, between 10pm and 10.45pm, along Jalan Persiaran Bayan Indah, Bayan Lepas on March 30.br br Ali is charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder, which carries the mandatory death sentence.
