This is a video that was banned from YouTube at the request of the Washington State Department of more...Health and Social Services. CPS (Child Protective Services) social workers in Oregon seized a newborn infant from the parents in this video, and were filmed being asked to cite the law or reason that the child was abducted. They never provide a law, instead become very agitated that they are on film when they are unable or unwilling to answer the questions being presented.
