Election Commission (EC) chief Azhar Harun said 12 police reports and one MACC report were lodged during the campaign period for the Sandakan by-election.br br He said as of yesterday, there were 12 police reports but only on very minor issues such as campaigning without permit, using banners of a party which wasn’t contesting here.
