He failed to indicate that he wasbr currently under indictment whilebr filling out paperwork for the weapons. The 21-year-old rapper was indicted in 2016br for sexual assault charges and was also arrestedbr in April 2019 for criminal possession of a weapon. Black’s attorney has claimed it was not abr conscious decision, but rather an unintentionalbr mistake due to “misleading” legal terms. Black is currently in custody and will appearbr in court on Wednesday, where prosecutorsbr will reportedly request he remains behind bars.
