Biju Janata Dal leader Naveen Patnaik was sworn in on Wednesday as the chief minister of Odisha for the fifth straight term. Twenty ministers including 11 cabinet ministers and nine ministers of state were also administered the oath of office and secrecy. The swearing-in ceremony was held at the Exhibition Ground in Bhubaneswar.
