Many Koreans don't eat breakfast, but a new study suggests eating breakfast even just once or twice a week can help reduce the risk of heart problems.br A study by Yonsei University of over seven thousand people aged between 40 and 79, …showed that people who did not eat breakfast at all were one-point-46 times more likely to get heart disease …compared to those who ate breakfast five to seven times a week.br And surprisingly, those who ate breakfast just once or twice a week were 22 percent less likely to have heart problems compared to those who ate breakfast nearly every day of the week.
