House Approves $19 Billion Disaster Aid Bill Passage on the $19 billion relief package had br been delayed over the last couple of weeks. During that time, three GOP congressman objected to br approving the bill through the br process of unanimous consent. The legislation, which already was br passed by the Senate, now just needs br President Trump's signature.
