br Home Minister Amit Shah has listed out a strategy for Jammu and Kashmir. Sources have told NewsX that the home minister asked the forces chiefs to maintain a zero-tolerance policy and not get cowed down by the criticism. The home minister is believed to be focussing on reducing infiltration and recruitment of terrorists. The BJP-led govt in its previous tenure has made a ceasefire offer which failed and caused them to revert to the muscular policy that has been its approach ever since.
